Our Manufacturing provides the expertise to assure the Department of Defense that all items will be manufactured in accordance with all specifications with excellent quality and prompt delivery.

Leadership

Our company provides its clients with a single point of contact and full service capabilities to successfully manage small to complex projects. Pentaq Manufacturing Corp. also has vast experienced personnel to provide qualified resources with strong leadership skills to promptly react to our clients needs. As a result long established relationships with other contractors and suppliers have been acquired throughout the years.

Mr. Quiles acquired his vast manufacturing experience of the textile industry through his performance, when he worked as Plant Manager for Western Caribbean Jeans, Inc. and later on for Caribbean Needle Point, Inc., a company consisting of 420 employees that was dedicated to manufacturing clothing and many other items for the Department of Defense and for commercial customers as well. He also acquired the knowledge of Quality Management for manufacturing, to assure the customer's specification requirements were fully met. This proved to be an important asset now that he owns his own textile manufacturing company and is doing business with such an important and challenging client as the Department of Defense.

The combination of Mr. Quiles professional preparedness, the vast manufacturing experience acquired during his performance at other needle industry manufacturing plants, and the fact that local highly experienced and skilled personnel were to be left jobless, motivated Mr. Quiles in the year 2004. With this in mind he set forth into action a plan to establish his own company and Pentaq Manufacturing Corp. was founded. Presently, Pentaq Manufacturing Corp. has 150 employees and is continually growing. As a result of his efforts, he was recognized by the Puerto Rico Small Business Development Center as a “Successful Entrepreneur” for year 2006.

Management

We prepare the documentation required to solicit bids/proposals from government agencies, and administer the bid process through our most professional and highly skilled Vice-President and Director of Operations, her name, Mrs. Edith Asencio. All management of schedules, coordination and execution are effectively planned and monitored by this professional with many years of skillful contractual expertise, as well for the management of the other administrative departments as Human Resources, among others.

Financial Facts

Pentaq Manufacturing Corp. prepares a detailed cost estimate based on drawings and specifications or any other relevant information submitted by clients to ensure product costs are within projected budgets. We analyze our costs measuring manufacturing processes and operations through our engineering team.

Infrastructure, Machinery & Equipment

Our plant facilities consist of an approximate 24,500 square feet that include our offices, and a comfortable conference room .Our company is well equipped with our own cutting room machines and facilities, and we own a inventory of sewing and operating equipment.
